Week 3
This week in maths we tackled subtraction and are getting better at writing number sentences! In literacy we read 'Five minutes' peace' by Jill Murphy and sequenced the story using pictures and a story map.
Science was great fun! Mr Burgin brought in some (stinky!) fish and we used magnifying lenses and the visualiser to examine the scales, gills and bones.
In PSHCE we explored how we can show our feelings using facial expressions and body language.
In history we sorted pictures of toys and thought about how we can find evidence of the past.
