In Summer, coinciding with Wimbledon, we played tennis for PE.&nbsp;









DT Moving Monsters

Our final DT project of the year was to design and make Moving Monsters using pneumatics.&nbsp;

Wycombe Arts Centre 2026

One sunny afternoon we all went to the Wycombe Arts Centre for their Art Week. We met a local artist who showed us how to make art pieces by pouring paint. We also graffitied their wall.&nbsp;





Romans Day 2026

We went back in time, around 2000 years, to the time of the Roman Empire. We joined the Roman Army and learnt about their weapons and tactics. We discovered their villas and magnificent mosaic floors. Finally, we tried some Roman delicacies as part of a banquet.&nbsp;











World Book Day 2026

We had great fun learning all about the book &#39;The Cafe at the Edge of the Woods&#39; by Mikey Please.&nbsp;



We had to create artwork based on the book, but with a change&nbsp;&quot;The Cafe at the Edge of the Rainforest&quot;.&nbsp;





Mummifying a Tomato

As part of our topic on the Ancient Egyptians, we looked at how they mummified human bodies. We used a tomato instead of a real human, but still followed the same process for 5000 years ago!











Computing - Stop Go Animations

In computing we used the IPADS to create our own Stop GO animations of animals.&nbsp;







Sandwich Making

For DT we had to first design a sandwich, then make the dough and finally make our sandwiches.&nbsp;









Stone Age Curriculum Day

For out History Curriculum Day, we went back 10,000 years to the Stone Age. We had to dress up in Stone Age clothes, find Stone Age Artefacts, make tools and hunt for a woolly mammoth.&nbsp;









Chiltern Open Air Museum

For our first school trip we went to the Chiltern Open Air museum. We travelled back to the Stone Age to complete a fun and interactive workshop. We made a spear, hunted for food, built a shelter, painted cave paintings and made fire.&nbsp;
