Week 1
It was wonderful catch up with the Year 3s on Monday and find out what they had been up to in their half term! Everyone was smiling, helpful and happy to back to school.
This week the children have been looking at the story ‘Voices in the Park’ and have been writing setting descriptions. In maths the children developed their knowledge and understanding of measures, exploring volume and capacity.
On Friday, it was International Day, in the morning the children learnt about Turkey and Thailand. In the afternoon, we explored Sri Lanka! The children have a great time learning about and exploring these places.
