Week 2
Maths
This week our focus has been addition. They have done well to represent two digit numbers and add values together. They challenged themselves by identifying some of the inverse number sentences to check their answers.
Literacy
We have explored descriptive vocabulary over the year; adjectives and expanded noun phrases. To go the extra mile we also explored similes and using ‘as’ and ‘like’ to show comparisons in our descriptive sentences.
