Week 5
In Maths, we have continued with subtraction. In Literacy, we began a new book 'Mouse House'. The main focus of the text was to develop comprehension skills. We were making predictions, inferences and asking questions.
In PE, we continued with our WWFC football sessions, focusing on changing speed and increasing speed with the ball. In Art, we were mixing paint with white to create tints- inspired by Paul Klee. In Computing, we have been planning the images for the e-books we will be illustrating: Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty and Red Riding Hood. In Science, we have been learning some new key words to help us with describing materials.
