Week 6
This week the children have been using our book, The Twits, to write description wanted posters for Mr Twit. In maths the children have been working on there money facts, adding and subtracting pounds and pence.
Friday, the children performed their speeches on a black British person that inspires them. These including: Leanne from Little mix, Footballer Marcus Rashford, a fireman Frank Bailey, the first black female RAF soldier Lillian Barder, Oldaudah Equiane a black slave and Comedian sir Lenny Henry. I am very proud of all the children, it is not easy to stand up and talk in front of your class, they did a superb job.
Finally, the children did a great job at promoting the donations to the One Can Trust, thank you to those who gave food.
