Summer Term
This term the children have raised money for The Royal Star and Garter Homes. This is a new care home in High Wycombe and the children were keen to build links and raise money to support them as new members of the local community. Details of the charity can be found in the link below.
The children discussed how they would like to raise money and it was decided they would complete a sponsored run and ask friends and family for donations. They ran around an 800m track and completed as many laps individually as they could. Some children pushed themselves to complete 2 circuits and others managed to complete as many as 6 laps before running out of time.
A big thank you to all who sponsored the children - they really enjoyed it and raised an impressive £620.29.
