Broadly speaking, our vision for Science at High Wycombe Church of England Combined School is as follows:
For the pupils to learn a Science curriculum which enables them to explore, discover and learn the world around them, confidently, so they have a deeper understanding of the world we live in.
For the pupils to engage and feel curious and passionate about Science. As a school we will deliver a stimulating Science curriculum that nurtures their curiosity and their ongoing intellectual development. With a 'working scientifically' focused scheme the children will have the opportunity to explore and investigate.
For the pupils to work towards challenging experiences so they can have a secure and scientific knowledge and use of vocabulary.
