Week 1
A great start back after the holidays. The children shared their homework in class and we enjoyed watching Dequain's weather report.
We began a new unit in Literacy - dialogue and plays - hopefully lots of role play and characterisations. We also began measures in maths; this will cover reading scales and using clocks. any practical work you can do at home will help.
International day on Friday was a huge success. It was lovely to see the children working with other year groups - contributing ideas in discussions and activities.
