Week 3
This week we have been working on subtraction methods in maths. We have explored using pictures to draw tens and ones, a blank number line to make jumps back in tens and ones and then represented this in part whole and bar models.
In Literacy we have been looking at non chronological reports. We have started researching and planning our own report on owls.
During Science discussed carnivores, herbivores and omnivores and explored food chains. We began to identify the producer, consumers, predators and prey in the chain.
