Week 5
This week we have looked at the story of 'Knuffle Bunny' by Mo Willems in literacy with a focus on developing our reading skills of prediction and inference. We also thought about a toy we would use in our own lost toy story next week.
In maths, we have been practising different methods for subtraction, including drawing and crossing out pictures, using our finger and counting back jumps on a number line. We will continue with subtraction next week to further reinforce these skills and also to look at the connection between addition and subtraction.
