Week 6
Maths
In maths this week we have been looking at measuring. We focused on measuring liquids in millilitres and litres. It was great to take some of our learning outside and discuss with the children the difference between the two units of measurement and think about how we measure larger and smaller volumes of water.
Phonics
In phonics we have been concentrating on homophones. The children were put to the test by listening to a sentence with a homophones and deciding on which spelling is the best fit.
