Spring 2
Year 1 teamed up with Year 6 to make homemade seed paper. We learned how to recycle used paper by blending it with water and mixing in wildflower seeds. We then pressed the mixture into shapes and left them to dry. It was a brilliant way to reuse materials and create something that will help pollinators. We enjoyed working with the Year 6 children and talked about how planting wildflowers can support bees and other important insects. We can’t wait to see the flowers bloom!
