The Royal Star and Garter Home
This term the children have been really excited about their visit to The Royal Star and Garter Home.
The home organised a picture competition for the children - they all created a picture to show "What Christmas means to me" and then the residents chose 1st, 2nd and third place and provided them with lovely prizes. The children sang a selection of songs from their Christmas play in order to entertain the residents. They sang and danced beautifully and seemed to be a big hit! They enjoyed talking to the staff and residents and were hopeful that they had spread some Christmas cheer. An excellent afternoon was had by all.
