Kites created their own Autumn poems based on the poem 'A Recipe for a Summer Holiday' by John Foster:

Take a stretch of sandy beach
and a calm sea.
Add a pier, a promenade,
donkey-rides and a fun-fair.
Sprinkle with buckets and spades,
deck chairs, lilos and picnic baskets.
Cover with slices of sunshine
and wrap in warm photographs
and a calm sea.
