Dear God
You are brilliant because you help us all every day and you make us happy.
Thank you for giving us the food we eat, our families and friends and for the school and for the grown-ups who work with us.
Please can you keep everyone in our class healthy so we can be in school and learn.
Help us to look after our classroom and all the things we use and play with as we learn.
Please help us to be good, kind friends to each other because no-one likes it when we are angry with each other.
Please can you make ill and sad people feel better.
Please can you give us laughter and funny jokes and happiness in all we do.
Please look after us and protect us this year.
