The Royal Star and Garter
Reflect and grow campaign and sponsored Heritage trail walk.
This term the Royal Star and Garter home are running a reflect and grow campaign and they were kind enough to send us some sun flower seeds so we could join in. The children have planted their seeds and we reflected on the past year, which has been a tough time for lots of people. The children had a thoughtful conversation about how the pandemic has affected people in different ways and what we could do to help others. They decided to do a sponsored walk to raise money for the staff, residents and families at the Royal star and Garter home. This will be taking place in the last week of term, check back for photos at the end of term.
