Summer
We looked at two different habitats and found lots of interesting creatures. Carnivores, omnivores and herbivores. We learned about how animals survive, and food chains by playing Sparrows and Sparrowhawks.
Our classrooms were a Yurt, a pond and the woods and we had great fun!

This green larva worm was eaten by the newt just after this video was taken. 😯
Pond life
We caught a Larva Beetle which has huge jaws and is an effective predator. We didn’t want to put it with the froglets.
