Week 1
Our first full week
It has been really good to see the children begin to settle into Year 5. This week, we have developed our knowledge of place value in maths and begun to explore The BFG in literacy, writing instructions on how to catch a dream. In addition to this, the children have had a philosophy, growth mindset and brain awareness lessons.
Next week, we will be continuing The BFG in literacy and practicing our addition and subtraction skills in maths.
