Brain Awareness Day was Friday. We learned how to improve our memory skills by using rhymes and songs, using all of our senses, inventing stories and mnemonics and creating mind maps. This will reallly help us when it comes to revising for exams in secondary school. We learned how to count to ten in Japanese and played some exciting memory games on the computer.
PE and Games - We learned how to do the shot putt in Athletics and developed an interesting warm up game to help us with the skills we needed to play a game called throw tennis.
Computing - We have started using an architectural design program that helps us draw pictures of buildings in 3-D.
