Hook
This term we will be reading some fantastic books about pirates. We therefore decided to recreate a pirate ship and play some games. We discussed and shared some other common things that pirates might keep in their treasure chest.

Brain awareness day
We finished the week with a brain awareness day. The children looked at lots of different ways they could be smart and we even created a wall display for Mrs Hawkins. Later in the afternoon, we focused on number smart where they used some materials to create numbers, completed some number problems and made their own number smart word search.
