Week 1
In Literacy this week we started our new book ‘Ratburger’. We really enjoyed hunting for rats and then writin a diary entry from the perspective of Zoe. We also designed our own ice cream flavours and wrote instructions on how to make them. Some of them sounded delicious and others were a little stomach turning.
In Maths we finished off looking at equivalent fractions and then learned about the properties of quadrilaterals and different types of triangles. We learnt lots of new vocabulary and all tried really hard.
Star of the week winner was Isaac.
Dojo winner was Jaya.
Learning behaviour ‘self motivated’ was Sakina.
