Week 2
This week in Literacy, we investigated different ways we can write about emotions in our creative writing pieces by focusing on unspoken language – like body language and facial expressions – and used these to plan a heartfelt letter from our book’s main character, Lila, to her father. We played a game of emotions charades to help with this!
In Maths we turned our focus to column addition and subtraction, solved problems and responded to reasoning questions relating to this.
During Collective Worship some of our favourite songs were played and we took the opportunity to get up and dance!
