To help us with our learning on non-fiction texts in Literacy we are looking in detail at the structure of biographies and their features including using subheadings and writing using complex sentences.
Maths work this week has been about area and perimeter of shapes using metres and centimetres.
In DT we are having a go at creating some pop-up mechanisms and looking at how they work as well as being critical of designs and evaluating how effective they are.
In science we have moved on to our 'Animals, including humans, topic. This week we discussed what impact it has on animals if food chains are disrupted.
