Week 2
In literacy we have been diving deeper into our book, The Firework Maker’s Daughter Daughter. We wrote a letter from Lila to her father and discussed which characters may have conversations. In Maths we have been mastering place value. Everyone is feeling much more confident in this now! In other lessons we have also been very busy. In history we looked at the Tudor timeline, in Geography we located UK Counties and in Science we started looking at how scientists classify leaves.
Our star of the week winner was Sakina.
Our class dojo winners were Rayan and Joshua.
Our learning behaviour was ‘Listening well’ and went to Toby.
