Week 3
We started our Adventure story unit in literacy. We looked at settings from Peter Pan and produced vocabulary maps with adjectives. We then used these to write descriptive paragraphs.
In maths we have practiced our division using a number line and applied this method to problem solving questions. We also learnt the grid method for solving multiplication questions.
In other news:
In our Games lesson, we played games of rounders so everyone could work on their fielding, batting and bowling skills. We created questionnaires in computing, looked at how and why we should protect the rainforest, experimented with creating different shaped shadows and learnt new French vocabulary for objects in the classroom.
