Week 3
This week in Hawks class...
In Literacy we have started to read and explore our new text 'The Prince, the Cook and the Cunning King' and at the end of this week there had already been huge revelations made in the book! We're very intrigued to see what will happen next!
In Maths we were working on multiplication with bigger numbers and with division we have progressed to division that leave remainders.
In History and Cross-Curricular Write we took on the role of Henry VIII's advisor/assistant as he sought our help finding his next victim... we mean wife! It was fun taking on this role and has produced some humorous writing!
In DT we have started to create our money containers and impressed Miss Faulkner with our sewing skills and ambitious designs, none of the children are shying away from the sewing side which is exciting!
