Week 4
In Literacy this week we started our new topic - Play scripts. We are still reading The Twits so have looked at speech used within this text.
Maths lessons have started our learning about fractions and we have focused on counting and problem solving using tenths. We have learnt some new vocabulary and can explain words associated with fractions.
In other areas; we discovered how Diwali is celebrated at home, developed our fish tanks of insanity further in Computing, explored a new extreme climate - Antarctica, we learnt about Stone Age homes and how they are not as comfortable as ours and learnt some new words in French.
