Week 4
To link with our Anglo-Saxon history topic we have started to read Beowulf as a class. This week we thought about what features there are of a good hero in a story and created our own versions - ones who are super smart and incredibly strong!
In Maths we worked on fractions looking at tenths and hundredths of amounts and working with unit and non-unit fractions of amounts.
In Geography we have been looking at settlements and the key resources needed and then, in Cross-Curricular Write, composed a letter to object to a housing development being built upon Tom Burt's Hill!
