Week 5
This week the children worked on writing their own stories based on Handa’s Surprise. They used bar models and part-whole models to explore the relationship between addiction and subtraction in maths.
In history they looked at how fashion has changed over the years and held their own’fashion’ show, striking some poses on the catwalk!
In ICT the children created illustrations for their traditional stories and produced some lovely images.
The cress seeds are growing nicely, maybe we can make some sandwiches next week...
