Week 5
In Literacy we have started reading Pandora's Box. We have thought about different questions we could have asked Pandora and Zeus and also done a conscience alley which involved trying to persuade Pandora to either open or not open the box. Some of the children were VERY persuasive. We also looked at how we will write a letter to persuade.
In Science, we have started looking at forces, this week we looked at air-resistance and conducted a parachute experiment to see which parachute would fall the quickest.
In Maths, we have finished off our Perimeter work with some outdoor learning and an investigation! We measured the perimeter of all three playgrounds and found out that the total perimeter was 219m.
