Week 5
In English this week the children have been looking at news paper reports; ending the week with writing their own about a circus coming to town. In Maths, they have been solving problems, adding and subtracting fractions. We will continue to develop our fraction knowledge next week.
As part of mental health week, the children looked at the Greatest showman song ‘This is me’, looking at what we are good at and how we can embrace the things we find difficult. This also, tied into our PSHE lesson, looking at things we can see are different about others and the differences we can’t see in others.

PSHE - we looked at how we are all different to one another. We looked at physical features and discussed the things that are different that people can’t see.
