Week 5
Cross curricular write
We read the Christmas story of Babouscka where the children sequenced the pictures in chronological order. We then played a game of stealing a piece of the story and the children had to retell that part of the story to their partner.
Maths
We started our week looking at data handling. We made a human tally chart after asking the children what their favourite fruits were. The children then thought of their own questions and did soo e research to ask others whilst collecting their results in the form of a tally.
