The children started a new topic in literacy this week - exploring news papers. They wrote their own newspaper article about Mr. Alexander Wolf, based on 'The true story of the three little pigs'. Did the wolf mean to eat the pigs?
We venture out to the Suffield Road on Wednesday afternoon to collect some of our own data in a frequency table about the colour of cars. We then came back to the classroom to analyse our data and present it in a bar chart. There was great enthusiasm for spotting all the vehicles as they drove passed. As usual, I was really proud by our classes behaviour during this maths lesson.
Friday, was red nose day and there was a sea of red in the classroom - thank you for all your generous donations.
Happy Mothers day to all our mums - have a lovely weekend!
