Week 6
Maths
In maths this week we are focusing on division. The children practised sharing a value at the start of the week, using he division symbol in a number sentence and exploring different ways to find an answer.
Games
In football the children were thinking about effectively using the space around them. Afterwards they played some games that involved some attacking strategies and later used a ball to move around in spaces.
RE
As we come closer to the end of our RE topic this term of ‘Passover’, the children were looking at some different Jewish celebrations and how they show respect to God. In groups we ranked them in an order of importance. It created an interesting class discussion and how so many factors are equally important in the Jewish faith.
