Week 6

We played our class tag-rugby tournament this week. We have become very good at playing without making mistakes and really enjoy the sport. Sadly, for our tournament, we had to have a skills competition as it was too wet to play matches outside. The winners of the house tournament were Skaters!

We are enjoying our music lessons with Mrs Wells and have been playing a variety of instruments whilst composing and refining our own pieces. We've had to consider how the instruments can be played in harmony with each other and the timbre of our compositions.

In Literacy, we have been writing explanation texts. We have had to imagine a food making machine that astronaut Tim Peake could use on the International Space Station and have then had to explain in detail how it works.
