Week 6
Somehow the last week is here - time flies! The children enjoyed finishing the topic about Florence Nightingale and Mary Seacole by learning all about Mary’s work in the British Hotel where she used herbal medicine to heal the soldiers. They considered how different her journey was to Florence’s.
In art the children sketched their photos of the playground and they will be writing descriptions next half term for an art catalogue.
Maths was all about investigations and proved to be both fun and challenging!
