Week 7
Maths
We have been learning about measuring this week. The children have been using resources such as rulers and metre sticks to practise. We have also gone beyond this to order objects according to their heights and compare heights using <, > and =.
Literacy
The children all did a superb job with presenting their speeches this week. It was a great opportunity to hear about some of the different cultures and traditions. Thank you for all of your hard work, bravery and dedication.
PE
We ended the term in one of our PE lessons with doing our class competition. We continued to focus on cricket, however, the children and I discussed strategies which we could use in a competitive setting. Congratulations Skaters!
