Weeky 1
We have had a great week in Literacy this week reading the story 'The Night Pirates'. We have worked really hard to develop our skills by using interesting adjectives to write a character description and using conjunctions to provide an explanation. Towards the end of the week we have been able to sequence the story which has led us to retelling the story through some drama.

Maths
This week in Maths we have been working on place value. This has involved us counting up and down in 1's and 10's and representing numbers up to 100 with different pieces of equipment. To progress our knowledge further we have learnt to partition a 2 digit number in multiple ways. For example in tens and ones and in other variously interesting ways.
PE
This is us in PE on Thursday. We learnt different sequencing and balancing skills independently and with a partner. It was tricky but we learnt that we could challenge ourselves which resulted in some interesting results.
