World Book Day
Year 5 have had a fantastic day today! The costumes looked great and everyone entered into the spirit of the day!
We were looking at the picture book 'The Window' by Jeannie Baker. It was all about the small changes that happen to our countryside and so it ends up being a town. The pictures are all collages made from natural products as well as fabrics.
We have spent the day writing a story to go with the pictures in the window. We then spent the afternoon making our own collage picture stories.
