Week 4
This week, the children have been working hard to learn the songs and dance for their Energize performance. Their humanities homework is to learn “Space Monsters” and “All in the stars”. Feel free to sing along with them as they learn these songs over the weekend!
In Sciene, the children investigated and learnt about the balance between gravity and air resistance.
In ICT, the children continued to learn how to use Inkscape to create tesselating patterns. This lesson, they learnt how to adapt the program and include a grid. This helped them to line up the tesselations accurately. Also the children learnt to clone their original shape which meant the shapes and the pattern
were consistent.
