  • Lent Challenge starts this week: 'Love Life Live Lent'!

    Sun 10 Feb 2013

Last year we took part in a Lent Challenge which was very successful so we are launching another challenge starting next week. This year we are going to take part in 'Love Life Live Lent'.

The whole theme this year is 'Be the Change'. We are aiming to help change the world for the better with simple actions for each day of Lent to make the world a better place in our neighbourhood, workplace or school.

Each week every class will set itself a challenge linked to a weekly theme. Every child will receive their own 'Love Life Live Lent' booklet which will be completed in the weeks leading up to Easter.

We will update the website with the theme for the week, alongside photos and examples of children's work so you can see the impact it is having at home and at school.

Week 1 theme is: Family and Home.

  • National Sports Week ~ The Olympics!

    Fri 06 Jul 2012

    Olympic Week 2012

We have had a fantastic week this week, despite the weather! The children have been a pleasure and their enthusiasm has been fantastic, they certainly didn't let the rain spoil their week!

They have spent the week trying a range of sporting activities as well as learning all about the Olympic Games.

I would like to thank the parents who gave up their time to support this week. Without this support we would not have been able to run this week successfully. I would also like to thank all the staff who have helped and supported the activities this week and helped it to run smoothly.

Please see below for all the photos.
